Looking back on all the amazing brands and businesses in the portfolio, one of the most awe-inspiring clients we had the pleasure of working with was F45 Training – the world’s fastest growing fitness network. Believe it or not, F45 was the second client I ever took on waaaay back when this was all just a side hustle in 2015-2016.
F45 Training had just acquired sporting legend and former professional football player Dan Conn to elevate the brand as the face of F45. This was an exciting shift for the business as they worked towards franchising their fitness movement on a global scale.
I learnt so many things about the fitness world during my time with F45 and I am lucky to have worked with such a strong brand in the early stages of my business journey. It allowed me to enter into a completely new industry that was both challenging and rewarding with room to grow on a global scale (which we did!). As the social media / marketing manager focusing on The Eastern Suburbs district of Sydney, I played a big part in community management, content creation, influencer / celebrity collaborations, communications, social media advertising and production of their events and activations including the F45 Playoffs in Manly’s Foreshore. The F45 Playoffs brought F45 fitness studios together from all over the state to battle it out for the ultimate fitness test to be ranked at a global level with thousands of dollars to be won by the champions. The goals and KPIs were sales based measuring conversions from the ads and campaigns that I implemented (both online and offline) by tracking the success rate, ROI and brand reach + awareness on a weekly basis. This was a massive eye opener to the world of results-focused social media marketing and the start to discovering the super interesting element of results-focused digital reporting, analytics and target content marketing … if you know, you know!
